He specializes in corporate criminal law, representing and advising corporate clients in both contentious (litigation) and non-contentious (extrajudicial and advisory) matters. 

As a former member of the National Commission of Confindustria for the Drafting of Guidelines on compliance models under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, he was among the pioneers in implementing the practical and operational applications of this regulatory framework within corporate structures. In the field of the corporate liability of legal entities, he has established himself as an authoritative national expert, recognized not only for drafting and updating Models of Organization, Management, and Control, but also for his litigation defense and trial advocacy in these matters. 

He serves as Chairman and member of numerous Supervisory Bodies or prominent national and international companies, including publicly listed entities. He is the author of several monographs, articles, and legal commentaries and he is a frequent keynote speaker at seminars and conferences on white-collar and corporate criminal law. He also provides highly specialized training in his practice areas.
