Judicial and Extrajudicial Assistance in Employment Matters

The firm boasts extensive experience, both in judicial and extrajudicial matters, with regard to all issues relating to Employment Law, Trade Union Law and Social Security Law.

Among the main activities in this area are employment contracts, dismissals, transfers, assignments, secondments, trade union disputes, workplace safety and corporate privacy legislation.

Specifically, we offer the following services:
  1. Legal Advice: We provide strategic advice to businesses and employees on employment and contractual relationship issues, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
  2. Contract Law: We assist in the drafting and negotiation of supplementary corporate agreements, employment contracts — including non-disclosure agreements, non-competition clauses and termination agreements — as well as agency contracts, supply contracts and agency agreements.
  3. Litigation: In the event of disputes or legal proceedings, we provide legal representation to protect the rights and interests of our clients. Specifically, we offer judicial assistance in disputes relating to various matters, including the interpretation of contractual terms, discrimination, dismissals, unpaid wages, violations of working time regulations, and failure to adopt necessary measures to ensure a safe working environment pursuant to health and safety legislation.
  4. Compliance Systems: Support in defining corporate regulations compliant with various regulations, using multidisciplinary and integrated approaches. By way of example, we support companies in adapting their internal systems to personal data protection regulations, through the development of robust policies and procedures for the protection of employees and the correct processing of personal data in occupational contexts, as well as in defining regulations on the correct use of IT tools.
  5. ESG Advice: We work closely with companies to develop ethical policies and procedures in practices of recruitment, dismissal, promotion and personnel training. This includes a focus on diversity and inclusion, equal opportunities and fair working conditions.
  6. Corporate Training: We organise training sessions for companies aimed at improving understanding of employment laws and developing a culture of a healthy working environment.
