Receiving and Managing Reports in Compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023

Legislative Decree 24/2023 (the so-called Whistleblowing Decree) has redefined the regulations on the matter in Italy.
Companies — that have employed an average of at least 50 workers in the last year, those that have adopted an Organisational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, and those that fall within the scope of application of specific European Union acts identified in the Decree — are now required to adopt internal reporting channels, procedures for managing reports and protection measures for whistleblowers.
