Claudia Bacchiocchi joined LCG in 2020, completing her legal traineeship prior to being admitted to the Bar.
She assists entities across various sectors with corporate compliance under Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, advising on the adoption and updating of Organizational, Management, and Control Models, as well as providing support to Supervisory Bodies.
She has also developed in-depth knowledge and experience in personal data protection, assisting companies in aligning with the requirements of the GDPR and the Italian Privacy Code.
