• The provision of DPO (Data Protection Officer) services and support to internally appointed DPOs;
• Legal assistance and advice on privacy matters: support in defining a privacy organizational chart and defining appointments for internal entities, preparing disclosures, designating processing managers, formalizing policies and instructions, updating processing activity records, conducting risk analyses and DPIAs, and implementing a CD Privacy Organizational Model;
• The execution of legal, organisational and technical audits;
• Support in communications with the Data Protection Supervisor, including in proceedings and investigations in the event of a complaint of privacy violations;
• Cybersecurity consultancy: legal assistance for the protection of computer systems and corporate data from cyber attacks, in accordance with European directives (e.g. NIS2), and incident management (data breach);
• Support in managing communication obligations towards the National Cybersecurity Agency (ACN);
• The delivery of training activities.
