Carlo Ferrucci

Carlo Ferrucci graduated with honors (summa cum laude) in Law from the University of Bari Aldo Moro. He joined the Firm in 2010 and was admitted to the Bar in 2012. 
Admitted to practice before the Italian Supreme Court, his practice encompasses both litigation and advisory services in corporate and white-collar criminal law. 
He has developed extensive experience in criminal defense and litigation, with a particular focus on offenses against the public administration, property crimes, tax fraud, corporate crimes, insolvency and bankruptcy offenses, and occupational health and safety violations, representing corporate clients in high-profile trials of national significance. 
Furthermore, he advises on the administrative liability of legal entities under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. His practice in this area includes both courtroom defense for corporations involved in criminal proceedings and the drafting and updating of Organization, Management, and Control Models for leading Italian companies. 
He also serves as a member of the Supervisory Body for various companies operating across multiple industrial sectors. 
He is a frequent speaker at conferences on business criminal law and lectures in professional training courses focused on Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.
