Matteo Grassi, founding partner of the Firm, focuses his practice on both contentious (litigation) and non-contentious (advisory) matters, primarily in the field of criminal law. He specializes in corporate and white-collar criminal law, as well as occupational health and safety compliance and regulations.
He regularly assists Italian and international companies in relation to the regulatory framework of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. Over his career, he has developed extensive experience in drafting and implementing Organization, Management, and Control Models, as well as advising and serving on corporate Supervisory Bodies.
After graduating from the University of Milan, he completed a Master's program in Tax Law organized by the legal journal il Fisco, and subsequently attended the Advanced Training Course in Criminal Tax Law at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
Admitted to the Milan Bar in 2004, he is a member of the Milan Criminal Bar Association.
He currently serves as a member of several Supervisory Bodies and is a frequent speaker at conferences and professional training seminars. His lectures primarily cover Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, occupational health and safety regulations, and the delegation of corporate powers and authority.
