Benedetta Colombo graduated with top marks from the University of Milan. She was admitted to the Italian Bar in 2011 and, in 2024, was admitted to practice before the High Courts.
Initially a member of the Milan Bar, she has been registered with the Rome Bar since 2024.
She joined the Firm in 2011, developing her expertise in both contentious (litigation) and non-contentious (advisory) matters, with a primary focus on corporate criminal law, corporate liability under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, and occupational health and safety regulations.
She advises domestic and foreign companies and corporate groups on designing and evaluating compliance systems under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, systems of delegation of powers and powers of attorney under Legislative Decree No. 81/2008, adequate administrative, organizational, and accounting structures pursuant to Article 2086 of the Italian Civil Code, as well as three-year anti-corruption prevention plans under Law No. 190/2012.
She actively supports and participates in the activities of numerous Supervisory Bodies across various economic sectors, ensuring a highly tailored and meticulous approach, leveraged by her extensive personal expertise and the Firm's established benchmarks.
She also collaborates with the Faculty of Economics at Sapienza University of Rome, lecturing in the course "Economics of Corporate Groups and Industrial Aggregations".
