Antonio Bambino

Antonio Bambino, an attorney at LCG for over ten years, provides specialized legal counsel to domestic and international clients on corporate criminal law and matters concerning the administrative liability of legal entities under Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. 

He assists corporations with the design, implementation, and updating of Organization, Management, and Control Models, as well as Codes of Ethics and Conduct. His regulatory compliance practice particularly focuses on occupational health and safety, environmental regulations, and anti-corruption. 

He serves as Chairman or member of several Supervisory Bodies 

for domestic companies and subsidiaries of international groups operating across diverse industrial sectors. Additionally, he supports Supervisory Bodies in executing their mandates, including conducting audits, reviews, and assessing the effectiveness of internal control protocols. 

He is also a frequent lecturer and speaker in professional training courses focusing on Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 and related corporate compliance topics.
