Maria Chatzikonstanti

Born in London, raised in Athens, and professionally trained in Milan, Maria Chatzikonstanti has been a partner of the Firm since 2016. 

Her international background, combined with her extensive expertise in commercial, insolvency, and restructuring law, has made her a trusted point of reference over the years for foreign companies operating in Italy. Her practice encompasses both contentious (litigation) and non-contentious (advisory) matters, covering the full spectrum of corporate and business operations. 

A graduate of the University of Milan, she is admitted to the Milan Bar and is registered on the official list of Greek lawyers authorized to practice in Italy. She is also a member of the Italian Society of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Studies.

Innovative, dynamic, and highly attentive to the evolving nature of the legal profession, she approaches her practice with a commitment to continuous improvement and a strong collaborative team spirit. 

Within the Firm, she coordinates the civil law practice group.
