Since its founding in 2006, LCG has always held Art. 4 of the Constitution among its founding values, which places on all citizens the duty to contribute to the material and spiritual progress of society.
This objective is therefore realised, in the vision of the partners and all collaborators, not only through the exercise of the profession in accordance with non-negotiable ethical principles to the best of one's abilities, but also through contributing to initiatives aimed at supporting non-profit organisations operating in Italy.
There are two modes of intervention:
• The provision of legal services free of charge or at a substantially reduced fee;
• Participation through direct donations or the purchase of goods produced by non-profit organisations.
LCG therefore maintains stable partnerships with several organisations that it has supported for many years, providing continuous support.
In particular, LCG's partners include:
• Flying Angels Onlus — an association that operates by financing and organising trips for children who require life-saving interventions not available in their country of origin;
• Fondazione onlus Un futuro per l'Asperger;
• Il Castello dei sorrisi onlus;
• S.I.L.V.I.A. Onlus — an association that organises recreational activities in support of hospitalised children;
• Centro Nocetum.
The firm is always open to considering requests for pro bono activities, which may be proposed by the partners themselves or by collaborators. The project is submitted to the partners' assembly, which, after a comprehensive feasibility analysis, deliberates and, if approved, assigns the necessary resources and monitors the results.
