Healthcare Risk Management

Law 24/2017 ("Gelli-Bianco Law") has codified the principle of patient safety in healthcare, which also involves the prevention and management of risks connected with the provision of healthcare services, as well as the appropriate use of structural, technological and organisational resources.

In this area, the firm offers clients the following services:

• Assessment, development and updating of healthcare risk management systems, including through the preparation of dedicated Monitoring, Prevention and Risk Management Models (so-called "Gelli Models")
