Elisabetta Zicarelli

Elisabetta Zicarelli joined the Firm in 2019, completing her entire legal traineeship in employment and labor law and integrated compliance, with a specific focus on data protection. 
Admitted to the Bar in 2022, she provides contentious (litigation) and non-contentious (advisory) assistance in employment and labor law to domestic and multinational corporations, both public and private, operating primarily in the healthcare and social care sectors. 
She also advises on employment law matters, specializing in: privacy and data protection issues, decentralized collective bargaining, disciplinary proceedings, terminations, workplace harassment (mobbing), compensation, remuneration, and social security matters, as well as the drafting of internal corporate regulations, compliance programs, and employment contracts. 
Furthermore, she has developed significant expertise in healthcare liability and procurement and outsourcing agreements.
